The challenge
Recruiting international professionals takes real effort. Whether it pays off often comes down to language.
The target level arrives too late
If the language exam is delayed, so is the start date. The position stays vacant and plans begin to falter.
Exam passed, everyday work not
Learning only for the test does not prepare anyone for the team meeting, the handover or the client conversation.
Motivation drops off
Without support between lessons, learners fall behind – and lose their motivation along with it.
This is exactly where the program comes in.
The program
Not an off-the-shelf course. A fully supported learning program.
You are not booking individual lessons but a program with a clear goal. It is shaped by your company's requirements and by the participants' actual progress.
Live lessons
Structured online sessions with a clear learning plan and timeline. Pace and focus adapt to actual progress.
Dedicated learning materials
An extensive, field-tested collection of materials – selected, adapted and extended for your group and your industry.
Guided self-study
Assignments between sessions connect new material with what has already been learned – with regular, individual feedback.
Personal support
Questions between sessions, too, usually answered the same day. Targeted extra exercises whenever they are needed.

Process
Six steps to the target level.
Initial call
We clarify goals, target level and timeframe – and the participants' future tasks.
Suitability check
A questionnaire checks the participants' motivation and prerequisites in advance. That way your investment reaches the right people – and dropouts become less likely.
Learning plan and timeline
You receive a clear plan with realistic milestones, tailored to the group and the industry.
Learning phase
Live lessons, self-study and feedback work hand in hand, and the plan is adjusted as things progress. You receive regular progress reports.
Exam preparation
A dedicated intensive phase trains all four skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
Goal reached
A language exam according to the CEFR – and ready for everyday working life in Germany.
Value for your company
Learn the language. Understand the culture. Settle into everyday work.
German to an international standard
Structured training according to the CEFR, with a telc or Goethe exam as the goal if you wish. The focus is on confident use – in daily life and at work.
Intercultural competence
Language alone does not prevent misunderstandings. How direct is criticism meant to be? When is it Sie, when Du? Participants get to know typical cultural and professional particularities in Germany – grounded in findings from business psychology.
Tailored to your industry
Technical terms and typical communication situations from your company are built into the training – from the team meeting to the client conversation.

About me
Moritz Notka
M.Sc. Business Psychology · Business Coaching & Consulting
For around five years I taught in the state school system – at primary, secondary and vocational schools, around 950 students in total. That included teaching German in vocational integration classes: preparing young newcomers linguistically for training and work in Germany. That is exactly what this program is about, too.
Different backgrounds, mixed groups, difficult conditions: that is where I learned that learning can succeed anyway – when teaching adapts to the people and not the other way round.
My master's degree in business psychology adds to this practice the knowledge of how motivation, communication and professional development work. Both go into every program.
- approx.5years of teaching experience

Good teaching adapts to people – not the other way round.
Five principles for lasting learning success
Structure with flexibility
Clear goals and a fixed framework provide orientation. Within that framework, pace and focus adapt.
Motivation through trust
People who enjoy learning stick with it. A pleasant atmosphere and personal points of connection keep participation steady.
Connected learning
New material builds on what is already known. Exercises return to earlier topics – so knowledge becomes reliably usable.
Simplicity and repetition
Effective does not mean complicated: targeted repetition, regular application, continuous feedback.
Visible progress
Big goals are broken down into realistic milestones. Every milestone reached motivates for the next one.
Personal guidance
One contact person – from day one to the exam.
I accompany participants personally along the entire learning path. That way I know their strengths, challenges and progress and can adapt content, assignments and pace accordingly. The result: a continuous learning process instead of individual lessons.
100% online
Learning wherever your professionals are.
Lessons, materials, assignments, feedback and support are entirely digital. No paper materials are needed.
What participants need
- Laptop
- A stable internet connection

- Sufficient English skills
Who is the program for?
For companies that want to prepare international professionals linguistically and culturally for everyday work in Germany – before they start or once they are already on the team. The shared language at the beginning is English, so sufficient English skills are a prerequisite.
Which exams does the program prepare for?
The program follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and can be geared specifically towards telc or Goethe exams. The exam is preceded by a dedicated intensive phase for reading, listening, writing and speaking.
Which language levels are possible?
The program starts at A1 and leads to whatever level your company needs – based on the CEFR. We set the target level together in the initial call.
Can participants take part from abroad?
Yes. The entire program runs online, so participants can join from anywhere.
How does support work between sessions?
Through an agreed channel, for example Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. Questions are usually answered the same day. Individual difficulties are addressed with additional exercises.
How do you make sure participants stay on track?
Before the start, a questionnaire checks the participants' motivation and prerequisites. During the program, personal support and regular feedback ensure continuity – and you receive regular progress reports.
How large are the groups and how long does the program take?
Groups of up to 20 participants are possible. How long it takes to reach the target level depends on the starting level, the available learning time and the circumstances. The CEFR only offers a rough guide – which is why we plan realistically for your situation in the initial call.
What does the program cost?
You receive an individual quote based on factors such as group size and program scope. Billing is monthly until the program is completed.
